1 - How is the delivery taking place?

LM Collection is a partner with suppliers and craftsmen around the world to offer the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is delivered from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, Europe, USA, etc. through our partnership with the best shippers.

Since we deliver directly from our partners located in these countries, your package may take 3 to 5 weeks to be delivered. We ask you not to worry if you receive it immediately, it is on the way and you can contact us to share the status of the routing.

2 - My order number is no longer updated, what happened?

If you buy a product from abroad, the customs service may decide to temporarily hold your goods at the border, often without explanation!

Note:
If your package will not be issued by customs for any reason, we will immediately deliver a new product.

3 - What happens if I have to return something?

No problem ! Contact us now and we will help you throughout the return process. If the reason for the return is the damaged product, we ask you to provide us with photos of the damage at the outset in order to communicate it to the shipper and the supplier. In any case, we will make sure to refund you
